MONDAY, March 8th @ 6:30pm: “SPRINGS & BARRELS” (FULL)
Did you know that there are 100’s of other exercises beyond the mat work? Here is your chance to experience another part of the Pilates system. Using the springs will allow you to work deeper muscles, to feel the toning of the resistance, and even teach you how to do your mat work better! The barrels can add a challenge as well as support, and will open the chest and hips improving posture! Limited to 5 participants.
TUESDAY, March 9th @ 9:30am: “FIND your FOCUS”
Challenge your mind and body! Advance your mat workout by using your visual focus to lead you through the exercises with greater purpose. Deepen awareness of the primary "focus" in exercises to develop a more challenging workout.
TUESDAY, March 9th @ 6:30pm: “PHYSIOBALL FUN” (FULL)
If you haven’t experienced our Ball class, you are missing a great workout! Challenge your strength, balance and flexibility in new ways while having fun! Please bring your own 55 or 65cm ball, or ask if we have an extra. Shoes recommended. Open to all levels.
TUESDAY, March 9th @ 7:30pm: “FREE Class for Friends!” (2 spaces left)
Ever try to explain to a friend what is Pilates? The best explanation is to simply try it! And for the spouses that think it’s only for women….. send them my way!

If you haven’t tried out the Stretch class, you are missing out! It starts with a brief mat warm up, followed by a long series of stretches with attention to breathing. Here is your chance to decompress and loosen up for the rest of your week! All levels welcome. Be prepared to feel muscles lengthen you never knew you had!
SATURDAY, Mar 13th @ 10AM: “Transition & Flow”
Take your workout to the next level by connecting the exercises with seamless transitions. Not only will this increase the intensity of the workout, it will allow you to do it in less time! Coordinate your mind, movement and breath in this energizing workout!

Offering private, semi-private and small group instruction in the teachings of Joseph H. Pilates, the studio is fully equipped with the Pilates apparatus including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Barrels. Located on Route 7 (East Market Street) near historic downtown Leesburg the facility is easily accessible to the Dulles Greenway, with plenty of off-street parking. |
