Tues, Aug. 19th @ 6:30pm: “OPPOSITION- The key to a stronger, leaner body” (FULL)
Pilates is known for creating long, lean muscles. This class will focus on cueing the opposing muscle groups in each exercise to challenge deeper muscle recruitment and greater flexibility. Take your workout to another level! Taught by Valerie. Open to all levels.
Thursday, Aug. 21st @ 6:30pm: Physioball Fun! (FULL)
A challenging workout incorporating balance, strength, flexibility and fun! Taught by Kerri. All levels Bring your own 55or 65cm Ball and shoes for this one!
Friday, Aug. 22nd @ 9:30am: Magic Circle Variations (OPEN)
The Magic Circle is a tool that can help you find muscles you never knew you had! This great device can be used from head to toe. Amanda will help you “feel the magic” in many variations. Open to all levels.

Tuesday, Aug. 26th @ 6:30pm: Working the Waist (FULL)
Experience the mat with a strong focus on the obliques and variations that specifically work the waist. A challenging workout for Intermediate students.
Thursday, Aug. 28th @ 9:30am: Shoulder Stabilization (OPEN)
Julie will reveal new ways to cue your shoulders and how to apply it to exercises you already know. Improve your posture and lessen neck tension. All levels.

Offering private, semi-private and small group instruction in the teachings
of Joseph H. Pilates, the studio is fully equipped with the Pilates apparatus
including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Barrels. Located on Route
7 (East Market Street) near historic downtown Leesburg the facility is easily
accessible to the Dulles Greenway, with plenty of off-street parking.
