The Mat Exercises, developed by Joseph H. Pilates, are the foundation for the Pilates Method. Students gain core strength, flatten and tighten abdominals, increase overall flexibility, streamline their body shape, improve posture, reduce stress and coordinate breathing. Create a balanced body while invigorating your mind and elevating your spirit.

Arm work with Magic Circles at the Pilates Center


Mat classes incorporate work with magic circles, hand weights, and stretch bands. Mats and all other equipment provided.
