Pilates Group Mat Classes
The Mat Exercises, developed by Joseph H. Pilates, are the foundation for the Pilates Method. Students gain core strength, flatten and tighten abdominals, increase overall flexibility, streamline their body shape, improve posture, reduce stress and coordinate breathing. Create a balanced body while invigorating your mind and elevating your spirit.

builds on the fundamentals increasing repertoire & endurance while taking the time to break down exercises when needed.
Registration for mat classes is required. Please fill out the registration form and return with payment. Classes fill on first come, first served basis - class space is limited.
Refunds are available prior to the start date of class. Payment is applicable to current session only. Only checks (made out to The Pilates Center) or cash accepted.
Make-ups: Classes missed during the current class registration may be made up in the same level or lower class level, space permitting.
Inclement Weather: If Loudoun County schools are closed, morning mat classes will be canceled. For all other classes, please check the website or call the studio 1 hour prior to class for updated infomation.
Class Cancellations: Mat Classes with less than 6 students may be cancelled and any remaining weeks will be refunded.
